Being prepared for Women’s Circle:
Arrive as early as you like. Our property backs up to Kettle Pond Park. The water and birds will enjoy your company for an early morning stroll or meditation as set up preparations are being made.
Tea, Water, and light snacks will be provided for you. Please note any food allergies on your registration form.
We will be working inside for the December session. Please indicate any accommodations we can support for your comfort in the registration form.
You will take all completed work with you. If you have any incomplete pieces you will take any supplies you need to finish them away from group.
August on the pond brings us in close relationship with mosquitoes. If the outdoor space can not keep us comfortable we will meet inside the home. Natural mosquito spray is preferred. In respect and connection to the insects and winged beings of this land, we ask that you refrain from spraying any DEET products on the property or at the pond.
Artistic skill and/or ability is NOT necessary. We will work with and alongside our inner critics. All that is needed is an open heart and mind and the willingness to take a leap and be caught in the creative web of sisterhood.
Women’s Hand Making Circle is for those who identify as women. Breastfeeding babies and children are welcome. We want to offer this time to women as a deep respite and rejuvenation time. If childcare is difficult, we welcome your children and offer support to you in circle so that you can take time to create as you tend to your child’s needs.
If you are someone who is reading this with an interest in a Men’s Hand Making Circle please email to begin that discussion.
